The Newsday AAA Travel Expo

Event Information

The Newsday AAA Travel Expo comes to the Exhibition Hall at NYCB LIVE on Saturday, February 23.

Discover the best vacations, staycations and more when Newsday and AAA Northeast team up for Long Island’s largest travel expo. This event is the first of its kind on Long Island, where guests can meet local, state and global travel and lifestyle vendors under one roof.

Attendees can learn about vacation deals in popular destinations like Hawaii, Europe, the Caribbean, Alaska, national parks and much more. Plus, experts in worldwide river cruising, land tours, small group adventures and representatives of boards of tourism will be on hand to share their knowledge and provide answers to your travel questions. In fact, eager travelers can book a trip with AAA travel advisers right at the show.

The one-day travel expo has something for the entire family to enjoy, from cooking demonstrations and informative travel seminars to live entertainment. Special guest speakers include Pauline Frommer, Editorial Director of Frommer’s Travel Guides and award-winning travel journalist; Kelly Choi; host of Newsday’s Feed Me TV; and Robert Rose, producer and host of Raw Travel TV. More appearances will be announced.

Another highlight of the Travel Expo is the Craft Beer Showcase featuring breweries from around New York, as well as the best brews from the tri-state area. Several breweries offer tours of their facilities, while others will offer trip packages including beer tours visiting destinations across America!
